Annarella Sanchez
Annarella is a distinguished presence in the world of classical dance education, known for her deep commitment to both the artistic and personal development of her students. She is the Director of the International Conservatory of Ballet and Dance Annarella Sanchez in Leiria, Portugal, where she leads the training of young talents with a focus on excellence and discipline. As head of the pre-professional program, she is personally involved in guiding each student through a demanding and transformative journey.

Over the years, many of her students have achieved recognition in top international competitions, with numerous former graduates becoming principal dancers and first soloists in leading companies worldwide.
Alongside her educational work, Annarella directs the Classical Ballet Company of Leiria, bringing her artistic vision to the stage. Her productions have featured internationally renowned figures such as Maina Gielgud and Marta Iris Fernández, enriching performances with exceptional artistic experience.
Her expertise has also led her to teach masterclasses across Europe, Japan, and the United States, establishing her as a respected international guest teacher.
Milena Regis
Ballet dancer and Pilates instructor
Milena trained in classical ballet through the Royal Academy of Dance method in Salvador and continued her advanced studies at the Royal Ballet School in London. She later joined the Royal Ballet Company, performing at the Royal Opera House as well as on tour around the world.

Following her stage career, she specialized in Pilates, training and working with Dreas Reyneke at his Notting Hill Gate studio in London, with a focus on dancers and performance-related conditioning. She further developed her practice through studies in the Bertazzo Movement Method in São Paulo, Thai therapeutic massage at the Wat Po School in Bangkok, and Slings Essentials with the Art of Motion Academy in Madrid.
Milena has built an international career as a movement educator. In 2004, she founded Spiral – Estúdio do Movimento in Salvador, where she continues to teach pilates-based body conditioning. In addition to her teaching, Milena has contributed to the dissemination of movement and dance education through translation work, including Ultimate Pilates by Dreas Reyneke and My First Ballet Book by Darcey Bussell, both published in Portuguese in Brazil.
